Mother of Water LLC, doing business as ShineGo Mobile Detailing, uses this form data to respond to your inquiry and prepare a possible booking.

Data we collect

Name, email address, phone number, vehicle type, contact preference, and the message you write. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, full card numbers, CVV, bank information, SSN, or medical information.

Use, access, and retention

Your inquiry is stored as a private WordPress record accessible only to authorized ShineGo administrators. A notification without the form data is sent to info@shinego.us so the team can review the record in WordPress. We do not sell or rent this information. If the inquiry does not become a booking, it is deleted after 15 days unless an applicable legal obligation or open matter requires otherwise.
